What to do if Your App is NOT WORKING!

 

***BEFORE YOU EVEN TRY TO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT US DO THE FOLLOWING BELOW....IF YOU END UP NEEDING TO CONTACT US MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE INFO LISTED BELOW!!

1) Double Check your Login for Typos! & Also MAKE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT ISNT EXPIRED!!

2) UnPlug your Device from Power and your Router for 1 Minute (Note you should actually do this 1 -2 x a month to clear memory for smoother streaming)

3) Plug back in and see if you can Login...If still No Good>

4) Go To settings in your device....Apps...manage Apps....Find your App...Clear Cache...Force Stop....Launch and Try to Login....Still No Good>

5) In that Same Menu go to Permissions and make sure it says Allowed....Still no Good>

7) Check Website, FB Group Page or Discord Group page to make sure the Service isnt down for Maintenace
