USER/SETTINGS INFO FOR EVERY APP
USER INFO FOR: *** MINT *** BLACK ROSE *** HIVE
MINT PRO & HIVE PRO
***SETTINGS (Click Geer Wheel, 3 Dots in top Right Corner OR Lines Button on Remote Depending on what Screen your on)
1) General Settings: Check All Boxes if there not already Checked Except Auto Play Channel
2) Stream Format = (MINT)MPEGTS(.ts) (HIVE) DEFAULT
3) Player Settings = (MINT) HARDWARE (HIVE) HARDWARE
4) (HIVE) TV CATCHUP: Ask Alexa for VLC...Download it....then Go to Settings...Player Selection...Add ( top right Corner)....VLC...Click on Catchup...Change to VLC
5) Parental = (USE THIS TO HIDE CATEGORIES YOU DON’T USE!!!). Best to use 0's...do 4 zeros...hit back button...then do 4 zeros again..then list comes up to lock/hide what categories you want. When Done Click on “Parental Control” in Top Right Corner....Then you will see “Parental Control Locked” Top Center
LIVE TV (RECOMMENDED TO USE THIS WAY!!!…TV GUIDE IS ON SIDE)
IMPORTANT!!
MINT: Same As HIVE
HIVE: Update the channels/TV Guide when On LIVE TV ICON by clicking on the bottom of the Remote ring to get to the bottom of that Live TV Icon then click center of ring and it will Update Channels & TV Guide BUT it does Auto Update every 1 -2 days) You would Update if Channels or TV Guide seems off)
….Choose a Category…Scroll down for channels…Scroll across to change Category Headings on Top ( you can click back button to get back to Category list)…CLICK ON A CHANNEL TO PLAY IT....Click channel a 2nd time to bring to Full Screen….Click Top or Bottom of Ring on Remote to Channel Surf….Theres a small TV Guide to the Right for Each Channel when its in the Small Screen
*** To Save Channel to FAVORITES Long hold Big Button while over Channel in Channel Listin this Section*** NOTE: Favorites will also be in the EPG/TV GUIDE

MULTI-SCREEN – )***YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST A 2 TO 4 CONNECTION ACCOUNT (Basic Accounts are 2 Connections) FOR THIS FEATURE TO WORK PROPERLY. EACH SCREEN COUNTS AS A CONNECTION DON’T GO OVER YOUR LIMIT
ACCOUNT – (Pawn/person Icon top of Main page) Shows your User name and Expiration Date
SUBTITLES – To Remove any Subtitles that may show in any Selections Long Hold Select Button …Click Gear Wheel….Subtitle Tracks…..Check None
RECORDING – Not suggested to use unless you have a Box with lots of storage

1) UPDATE CONTENT: Most IMPORTANT One You Click on this if Channels or Guide seems Off or Update for Newly added Channels
2) PLAYER: Set all to VLC Player!...Click OK.
3) STREAM TYPE: = MPEGTS
4) PARENTAL: (Use to Hide Categories you dont use). Best to use 0's...do 4 zeros...hit back button...then do 4 zeros again..then list comes up to lock/hide what categories you want. When Done Click on “Parental Control” in Top Right Corner....Then you will see “Parental Control Locked” Top Center
5) ACCOUNT: Will Show Your Expiration Date

IMPORTANT!!

A) Favorites will be at Very top Scroll up if you don’t see tab…Scroll Up & Down to see Categories…Click one to choose
B) Scroll Right & Down to see Channels….Click Channel….(**NON ICON SCREEN) Scroll Down to Change Channel or Click again for Full Screen….Back Button gets you to Prior Screens
C) To Save FAVORITES > Long hold select button when over Channel Icon or Channel in List...A Star will pop up which means its saved to your Favorites***FAVORITES TAB Will be at Very Top in the Side Menu (Scroll up to see it)***
D) When in Non Icon Screen you can Scroll Across to Change Categories (Categories on Top) . You can also Scroll Across into TV GUIDE…then Scroll down get to get to Bottom of Guide
E) You can Channel Surf by Clicking the top or bottom of the Ring on Remote once in Full Screen
EPG / TVGUIDE
A) Scroll Across Top to Change Categories….Scroll Down to Change Channels….Click Channel to Select…From Here Follow Info For (**NON ICON SCREEN) under “LIVE TV With TV GUIDE” Above

***Always Exit out when done by Clicking Back Button a few times

Click Login...Click Account Login...Any Name...Type in First Name
Username...Type in...Click Next...Password...Type in...Click Next...UnCheck VOD...Click Next
Wait For PROCESSING To Finish....If you Get ERROR Message Click Back then Next Again...*****NOTE: May have to do a Few Times Before it Processes!!!
Click Done....Let Load...Click OK....Click Menu Button to Get to Settings
SETTINGS (Adjust these…All others are Preset)
**To get to Settings Click Menu Button on Remote when In FULL TV Guide mode or Long Hold Select Button when in Full Channel mode & Scroll to Right to Settings
GENERAL: All those should be OFF … Except Turn ON “Confirm Exit by 2nd Press”
PLAYLISTS: When Using the App Click Update Playlists if channels look off, missing or newly added ones aren’t showing up
TV GUIDE: 1) Click Past Days to keep TV Guide put to 2. 2) Update on App Start Turn On. 3) When Using the App Click on Update TV Guide if TV Guide looks Off
APPEARANCE: Font Size..Click on this to Adjust Font Size of TV Guide
USER INFO
A)***Click Left side of the Ring on Remote to Bring up Categories on Side.
B) Scroll up or down to go thru Categories…FAVORITES WILL ALWAYS BE ON TOP
C) Click on Channel 2x to go to Full Screen….To Channel Surf in Full Screen Click Top or Bottom of Ring on Remote
D) When in Full Channel to go Back to TV Guide Click Back Button..Left Side of Ring to Bring up Categories
E) When in Full Channel to See the Guide for the Full day of that Channel Click on Left Side Ring on Remote…Back Button to Go Back
F) TO SAVE TO FAVORITES: When in TV Guide Long Hold Select Button On Remote…Click on Star on Right Menu that Pops up OR When in Full Channel Screen Long Hold Select Button…Scroll to Right on Bottom Menu…Click on Star.. (To Remove a Favorite do the Same)
E) To View Past Channels Watched: When In Full Channel Click on Select Button & Menu of Channels shows at Bottom
HIDING CATEGORIES / GROUPS
Click Menu Button On Remote when in TV Guide..Scroll down to (-) ICON…Click Left Side of Ring to get to Next Menu….Scroll down to Group Options…..Manage Groups…TURN OFF the Categories/Groups that you Don’t want to show or Don’t Use. Back out with Back Button.
MULTI VIEW:( Note You can only add as many Screens for the Connection Plan you have)
When in Channel Full Screen Long Hold Select Button on Remote…Click MULTI VIEW….Click Select Button Again…Click Add Screen…Click Left Side Ring on Remote 1x to add Another Screen of the Category your in or 2X to get into another Category and add Screen.
To Change Sound from Screen to screen Click Sides of Ring on Remote…..To Make one Screen go to top larger and other to go to bottom smaller Long Hold Select Button…. To Switch them Click Sides of Ring on Remote…To Go back to Side to Side Screens Long Hold Select Button on Remote
***Always Exit Out of App when done by Clicking Back Button a few times

PLAYER …Set all to VLC PLAYER Except TV CATCHUP leave that on EXO!! IMPORTANT FOR VOD & SERIES Section: Some Selections SERIES & VOD requie the EXO player so if you find a Selection doest Play in the Series or MOVIE Section change to EXO and it will Play.

***IF a Series or Movie doesnt play Go to SETTINGS in the APP....PLAYER....Change to EXO. Some Selections requier the EXO player but most use EXO
TV GUIDE
A) Scroll Across Top to Change Categories….Scroll Down to Change Channels….Click Channel to Select…From Here Follow Info For (**NON ICON SCREEN) under “LIVE TV With TV GUIDE” Above
CATCHUP (See Programs from past few days that you missed)
A) Click on Catchup to See Prior Days Programs that you missed
B) ***NOTE: Go to Settings in the APP...Player...Set Catchup to EXO PLAYER
MULTI – VIEW (2 Screens)
For 3-4 Screens you would need a 3-4 CONNECTION ACCOUNT . EACH SCREEN COUNTS AS A CONNECTION
***Always Exit out when done by Clicking Back Button a few times

All Setting come Pre Set Correct as they are. Only ones you may want to adjust is Parental Listed below and Switch Device Mode( If you are using on a Mobile Device or TV)
