Black Rose Update (9/18/24): TV Catchup is back up....some selections may take a bit to load. In settings Player must be set to EXO under TV Catchup
9/1/24 ESPN and Lots of ABC's Across the board are out. They have to be Resourced
MINT Update 8/26/24:
1) Running better now seems they have straightened out some issues that were happening... Remember Limited staff on Sundays so not all issues can be taken care of that exact day
2) Sources were switched for FOX News Channels working great now
3) Always try both Players TVX and PRO when issues sometimes its on the Players side
4) Always go thru Troubleshooting steps on the Website...Unplug etc...Clearing Data is always last thing to try but only if its something on your End and not a Known problem. Other things that can cause Buffering are Low Storage, Low Speed, Over Connection Limit (Check to make sure you dont have an open connection on another Device..Dont Share Login that can also mess up your connection limit. If all else fails and all channels are buffering/freezing and you ruled out everything then time for a VPN.
5) Report channel issues as there happening. But give it time sometime they Auto Reset them and it takes minute for the Reset to kick in. Also a quick channel change and going back to the channel will reset in on your end if its not on there end
8/25/24 MINT Buffering/Freezing Update (This may also be possible for Hive & Black Rose) If your using a VPN and finding all of a sudden your getting constant buffering/freezing on ALL Channels Choose a CANADA VPN Location. If still No Good turn VPN off as it may be clashing with a possible Internal VPN. If you don't have a VPN then you need one if your having constant Issues https://ctc7.mybigcommerce.com/vpn/
8/19/24 Black Rose VOD Update: If a Movie or TV Series Selection happens to freeze Click the back button on the Remote....Click on Movie or TV Series Icon you were watching....Click Play....Click Resume
11/9/23 HIVE - MINT - BLACK ROSE Bug found if using a VPN while using HIVE, MINT or BLACK ROSE Pro Versions (NOT TVX Versions) Where you get Cant Connect to Internet error Message: Turn VPN Off...open up HIVE or Black Rose Pro app....Then go to home screen of firestick and turn VPN on...open HIVE or Black Rose PRO app
2024 HIVE - MINT - BLACK ROSE
We have the Free Version of the TIVIMATE player set in case the Connection Point Issue happens today due to Heavy Traffic for the NFL games today.(****Note this will work if its the actual Connection Point Issue that affects the TVX and PRO Versions...If Black Rose goes Offline then No versions will Work so keep that in mind and we are keeping our fingers crossed as issues are still being worked on)
To Download the TIVIMATE Player:
1) Use the Downloader App and type in 366972 or 599628
2) After you Install it Click Add Playlist then Choose XTREAM CODES
3) CONTACT ME FOR WHAT TO PUT IN THE PLAYLIST via in a Facebook msg here, Support form on the Website or my email if you have it
4) Fill in the the Playlist Info, Your Black Rose Username and Your Password
5) IMPORTANT! Uncheck VOD Box! (If you dont App will randomly Crash)
6) Click Next and Let Playlist load then click done
7) IMPORTANT NOTE: In this FREE version of TIVIMATE it will not save Favorites. I will put up Info soon on How to Upgrade to the PREMIUM Version which Unlocks all Features and you can add All your Subscription Streaming Apps if you have more then one...its only $9.95/year or $29.95 Lifetime
