Work is being done as fast as possible to reconfigure the server in hopes to get things back up in time for the 8:50pm NCAA Tip Off. Right now ETA is between 8pm and 10pm est. If you dont have a 2nd Streaming app from us which we always have suggested over and over again you can download the TBS OR Tru TV App (NCAA GAME IS ON TBS & Tru TV)on your Device. There may be a Free Trial option, 7 day refund option or option to cancel but not sure. Worst case can cancel it after a month I would believe
HIVE UPDATE!!!! 11/1/25
One DNS is down (Its Back up as of 11/3) and being Worked on Now. The Backup one is working....Either way heres what you need to do:
TVX/XC version - Clear Cache and go back in...If still NG Clear Data and Log back in...If Still NG Uninstall and reinstall this time select the Hive Backup or Hive.....also allow permissions when it asks after you login
PRO/Smarters Version - Shouldn't have to do anything but close and go back in...worst case Clear Cache...If still NG clear Data
HIVEMATE Tivimate Version - Clear Data and Log Back in...Uninstall and reinstall this time select the Hive Backup or Hive.....also allow permissions when it asks after you login
CTC Multimate Tivimate Version - Go to settings in App...Playlist...Hive....Scroll Down and Click Delete...Then Click Add Playlist...Hive and follow thru setup...If you deleted and its a total new setup you click Add Playlist (See Video Here): https://tinyurl.com/CTCMultiSetup Uninstall and reinstall this time select the Hive Backup or Hive.....also allow permissions when it asks after you login
Sparkle Version - Clear Cache in App...If still NG Clear Data and log back in (May have to re setup see download info or User Info on Website)....Uninstall and reinstall this time select the Hive Backup or Hive.....also allow permissions when it asks after you login

MINT UPDATE IMPORTANT You Must Do This!!! (8/4/25)
***A New DNS & Panel have been Installed and also TV GUIDE will Now Work!!
***Channels will Stop Working in the Old DNS in next day or 2 so you must do the following below
*** Movies/Series/24-7 Section will be added back in over the next week

1) For The TVX, PRO and SPARKLE Version you can either Uninstall and Reinstall (Downloader Codes TVX=3448060...PRO 5921494....SPARKLE=4146387...CHOOSE MINT DNS New 2025 when asked!!...To Uninstall go to Firestick settings...Apps...Manage Apps...find Mint...Click Uninstall...Then ask Alexa or find your Downloader App (Also you can Click Download Tab on Website for further Info)
2) If you want to Install the New Multi App Player and use MINT on there click this link for Info And Uninstall your old version after you have successfully Installed this one: https://ctc7.mybigcommerce.com/latest-news/
OTHER WAY TO UPDATE Without Uninstalling:
1) TVX VERSON If you have the Old Version (Grey Background) you have to Uninstall and Reinstall.
2) If you have the New TVX Version (Green Background) In Apps Main Screen Click Settings...Account...Sign Out...MINT Backup....Sign In
3) SPARKLE Version Click Account...Mint...Remove...Add New Source...MINT Backup...Then continue with signing in
